The annual Christmas Parade will flow through downtown Lakeland starting at 7 p.m. tonight. The theme for this year is the 'Festival of Lights.' The roads in downtown Lakeland will close at 5:30 p.m. For more information on the parade, check out Timeout in today's paper.
