Staff report Two men were arrested by Punta Gorda police Monday in connection with Friday's reported theft of more than $230,000 in high-performance boat motor parts. Paul Deleon Jr., 25, and Stephen R. Collins, 31, of Port Charlotte were each charged with grand theft, burglary and dealing in stolen property.
